Rain, snow and then sun as temperatures reach the upper 60s all in one week? Throw in a little windstorm and this global warming stuff is tough to keep up with, let alone dress for. But having good outerwear layering garments this time of year will help keep you a step ahead of the varying weather conditions.

FOR WOMEN

Page and Tuttle's convertible quilted jacket is full of flexibility. This jacket has zip-off fleece sleeves that convert it to a vest and full-zip front and back princess seams for shaping.
