Determining your hat size

For a perfect fit, measure from 1 inch above eyebrows for the standard hat measurements in inches: small 21-21.75, medium 22-22.5, large 22.75-23.25, x-large 23.5-24.25, xx-large 24.50-25.25, and xxx-large 25.50-26. Hat sizes are small 6 3/4-6 7/8, medium 7-7 1/8, large 7 1/4-7 3/8, x-large 7 1/2-7 3/4, xx-large 7 7/8-8, and xxx-large 8 1/8-8 1/2.
Summertime golf can lead to several long, hot hours trying to stay cool in the intense sun. So a good, comfortable hat is important to help keep our face, ears and neck safe from the sun - some are even designed with a cool factor for temperature control. Style, though, doesn't have to be sacrificed.

Aussie Chiller

Wearing this perforated men's golf hat is like wearing an ice-cold towel. Soak Aussie Chiller hats in cold water then wear them during your golf round. Chillers remain very cold for five-plus minutes, quite cold for 15-plus minutes, and comfortable cool until dry for one to three hours. Re-chill at any time by giving it a quick splash of cold water or dip in an ice bucket. Made from soft ultra-light chamois, Chiller hats stop sweat and stains, will not fade, and is crushable as well as washable. The perforated fabric allows ventilation, but blocks the sun.

The toyo straw braid visor is 4.75 inches wide at the center, offering protection from the sun. Unbutton the 4.5-inch high batik floral line cotton twill crown to convert the facesaver into a visor.
