The PGA Merchandise Show is over, but the Show Stoppers just won't quit. Here are a few more items that caught our eye.

  • Iconic Sport's arm warmers for women are adapted from the cycling world. The Spyglass golf-specific arm warmers are practical, comfortable and have been field-tested.

Wear them for those rounds that begin in the cool early mornings, and simply take them off when it warms up later in the day. Arm warmers are an innovative alternative to wearing bulky layers. They also keep your muscles warm and provide protection from the sun.

"Living and playing golf in the San Francisco Bay area, with it's foggy mornings and sunny afternoons inspired the arm warmer idea," said Leslie Chow, president of Iconic Sport. "I wore something similar for biking, and thought golf should have the same performance accessory."

Available in bubble gum pink and black for $29.95.

  • Johnnie-O offers the same concept for men/unisex with its Golf Skin arm warmers. They are made from nylon spandex, and fit from the mid-bicep to wrist.

The will be available this spring in small, medium and large sizes, and in either black or white colors. They retail for $25.

Additionally, Johnnie-O arm warmers are packaged in a convenient carry pouch that can be branded.

  • Kashwere, a lifestyle brand whose products have been enormously successful with top resorts and spas worldwide, introduced its new golf collection at the PGA Merchandise Show.

With its patented Chenilla yarn that feels like cashmere, yet does not pill and is easy to maintain, the fabric also allows a golfer full range of motion with unsurpassed comfort.

The women's golf collection includes a sport jacket, V-neck pullovers, half-zips, vests, and cozy throws to keep in the cart.

Another added benefit of this wonder fabric is that water rapidly beads and rolls right off the surface, making it ideal for the outdoors. The line is available in a variety of colors and sizes.

  • Izod G introduced Cocona technology for its summer/holiday 2007 fashion line.

The fiber and yarn is infused with activated carbon from coconut shells and provides moisture management, odor management and UV protection (SPF 60). They are lightweight, comfortable and promote other features such as stretch and wash ability for the life of the product.

The initial line will include four men's polo shirts in multiple colors totaling 15 skus. The women's collection will feature a jacket, skort in two colors and six tops (one available in two colors) totaling 11 skus.

"Consumers are becoming more eco-conscious, and the green they experience now goes beyond the golf course," said Anne Ingham, vice president of design for Izod G. "If you think about the protection an actual coconut shell gives to its fruit … it makes sense … we're offering the same protection and performance to golfers."
