Looking Good In Defeat

The United States may have suffered its record third straight Ryder Cup defeat by a record-tying 18.5-9.5 margin to the Europeans last weekend, but at least the Yanks looked good.

From the time the United States team arrived in Straffon, Ireland, to the closing ceremonies on Sunday, Polo outfitted the American players with an understated style. And while the Americans were missing a comeback from the 10-6 deficit like they did in 1999, also missing were those garish photo-album shirts from seven years ago. Thank goodness.
